Tinnitus

Tinnitus – is the constant ringing, swishing, or sound of noise inside a
person’s ear / head. The noise can be constant or can come and go.

For the sufferer, it is very annoying and can last for days, months, even years.
The cause of tinnitus varies from person to person, but the most common causes
are:

  • Damage to the nerve endings inside the ear due to:
  1. Aging
  2. Excessive loud noise
  3. Certain medications
  4. Allergy
  5. High or low blood pressure
  6. Diabetes
  7. Circulatory problems
  8. Damage / injury to the head or neck
  9. Thyroid issues
  10. Sinus infections
  11. Diet high in sodium, sugar, artificial sweeteners, alcohol, tobacco and/or caffeine
  • A serious medical condition:
  1. Aneurysm
  2. Brain tumor
Tinnitus is a very real and very debilitating problem to have. For those unlucky individuals who have the constant ringing in the ears, it can begin to work on your nerves and drive you absolutely crazy. Some people have a hard time sleeping, working and going about their regular lives, because the ringing just simply will not go away.
Thankfully there are treatments, and natural cures for tinnitus.
