Cure Yeast Infections - Naturally at Home!

What causes a yeast infection?

Vaginal yeast infections are caused by an overgrowth of candida albicans, a normal bacteria always present in the vagina. When the bacteria becomes too plentiful an infection can occur.

What can I do to get rid of my recurrent infections?

1.) Avoid consuming yeast at ALL costs - no beer, no bread, no nothing. Read labels and cut it out!
2.) Begin eating yogurt daily, or taking acidophilus tablets to increase the amount of good bacteria present in your body.
3.) Avoid condoms, tampons, douching, and bubble baths.
4.) Insert garlic tab into the vagina every few hours. Garlic naturally kills bacteria and balances the pH level of the body.
5.) Apple cider vinegar directly in the vagina and taken orally can help as well.

If you are a recurrent sufferer of yeast infections, and still have not found a cure, and do not know why it keeps happening, then we highly recommend you read "Yeast Infection NO More". Linda Allen (the author) is a medical researcher and health consultant, has a proven 5 step system to permanently ellimate yeast infections for good in as little 2 months.

Cure Hemorrhoids - Safely and Naturally

A hemorrhoid is when the veins inside the anus bulge and swell. Usually when the person suffering with them goes #2, they bleed and are extremely uncomfortable. There is a way to cure hemorrhoids naturally, without over the counter creams or wipes, or visiting a medical doctor. I have found a few techniques that may help reduce the swelling, to allow for a more pleasant bathroom experience. To read the full report, click on the image below.

Natural Remedies You Can Try At Home
There are several natural ways you can try to alleviate the pain. They are as follows:
1.) Apple Cider Vinegar: Both internally and externally. You can take apple cider vinegar orally...either drinking it or buying it in pill form. You can also use it on the inflamed tissues directly. Soak a cotton ball in the vinegar and then rub the cotton ball onto the hemorrhoids. Make sure you clean yourself really well first, and then apply the vinegar.
2.) Virgin Coconut Oil: I believe this may be quite expensive. But you can use this 3 times a day. Generously apply it to the area, after you clean yourself really well.

***Don't be a statistic. Nearly 80% of the population will suffer from hemorrhoids at some point during their lifetime. And of that 80%, 10-15% will go on to have surgery. You can cure these naturally without surgery. Surgery is expensive and can be dangerous. Learn how to naturally rid yourself of hemorrhoids right away.

Bacterial Vaginosis - Cure Yourself in 3 Days

What is BV?
Bacterial Vaginosis (or BV), is when there is too much bacteria in the vagina. There are always normal bacteria present, but when that bacteria becomes too plentiful, an infection can occur.
What are the symptoms of BV?
A woman who has a bacterial vaginal infection will notice a foul smell and an increase in vaginal discharge.
Most women have a discharge nearly every day of their cycles, but if you notice it to be heavier then normal, this could be a sign. If the infection is mild enough, you might not even notice these symptoms right away.

Treatments for BV?

If you go to your family doctor or OBGYN, you will most likely be immediately prescribed an antibiotic to treat the infection. Because it is bacterial, antibiotics do sometimes help...BUT they do not treat the cause. In order to treat the cause of the infection, you need to know why it is happening.

One thing you can be sure in include in your diet daily to help prevent a BV infection is yogurt.
The good bacteria found in yogurt can help your system to fight off the bad bacteria that causes an infection. If you don't really like yogurt, you can get the acidophilus pills at the drug store and take one of those a day.
To avoid another infection...stay far away from yeast!
That means any food that contains yeast, as your body currently has too much yeast, which can lead to many different problems, including bacterial vaginosis.

You could also include folic acid to your list of pills...so when you are at the store buying acidophilus, pick up some folic acid too! Both of these supplements should help reduce your chances of getting a recurrent infection and avoid taking antibiotics.

Did You Know?...

77% of women being treated with antibiotics will have a recurring infection within months?

Treatment for Gallbladder Problems

If you are suffering from gallbladder problems, such as cholecystitis, gall stones, or an unusually irritated gallbladder, you are probably feeling pretty lousy! Although some people don't seem to experience symptoms with their gall stones, others suffer constantly from an inflamed gallbladder.

Why do I have gallbladder problems?

Your gall is a small organ that assists in digesting fats. It stores the bile produced in the liver and sends the bile out to help digest fats when they are consumed. Can you live without your gallbladder? Yes. Are there complications associated without having it? Yes!

Symptoms

Nausea, indigestion, gas, feeling overly full after a meal, having difficultly eating fatty foods, constipation or diarrhea, fever, pain in the upper right side of the body, up under the rib cage.

The reasons why you have gall bladder problems most likely stems from one of these 5 likely causes:
  • Recent, dramatic changes to your diet (going on a crash diet) - If you have been on a crash diet and dramatically decreased your caloric intake, you are putting yourself at risk.
  • Pregnant, or postpartum - the hormones produced during pregnancy (estrogen) makes a woman who is pregnant or who recently had a baby at a higher risk.
  • Obese men and women - among everyother diease, you are at an increase risk for gall disease as well
  • Extreme stress or emotional upset - they say resentment and anger can cause gall inflammation, and/or stones
  • Heredity
Natural Treatment and Remedies

If  you have noticed you are having problems digesting food, have pain in the area, or simply suspect you are having problems with your GB,  you should first go visit a chiropractor. Why not a medical doctor? Well a medical doctor can only do one of 2 things. He will either

a.) tell you to have expensive and maybe unnecessary surgery,

or

b.) won't be able to help at all.

A chiropractor on the other hand CAN help you. A licensed chiropractor who does muscle testing and offers supplements can very possibly get your GB problem under control without the use of traditional medicine.

Supplements your chiropractor may give you:
  • AF Betafood
  • Livton
  • Multizyme
Foods you should be eating:
  • Beets
  • Carrots
  • Lemons
  • Yogurt
  • Cheeses
Your goal should be a well balanced diet, and you may need to calorie count to be sure you are getting enough.

If you are depriving yourself of much needed calories, you could be causing more harm. You absolutely want to avoid eating large meals, and eating fatty overly processed foods. Your chiropractor will be able to tell you, through muscle testing if he suspects you have stones. If stones are suspected, you could go to your medical doctor to have an ultrasound done to determine their size. If they are small enough for you to pass naturally, then continue the course the chiropractor has for you. Doing both the diet, and the supplements.

You also want to be sure you are getting plenty of exercise, sleep and down time.

If your problem is due to stress, you really need to focus on working out and resting.

Yes they are completely opposite things to do, but the exercise helps with circulation and metabolism, while the rest allows your body to recover from the damage caused from the inflammation/stones.

Always consult your doctor (either chiropractor or medical doctor) before trying something drastic like a cleanse. A liver cleanse may work...some people swear by them, but they may also cause you to have a gallbladder attack which can put you in the hospital, or worse, if left untreated, could kill you.

If you are having this problem because you are overweight, you need to evaluate your life, and see what you can do to make changes. Being overweight is the number one reason for heart attacks, cancer, and nearly every other disease you can think of. You need to get control of your eating habits, so you can better control your life.

My BIGGEST recommendation: Go gluten free for 2 weeks. I felt better within a few days, after suffering from horrible nausea for more then 7 months, and having pain and inflammation for 4-5 months. I cut out wheat and felt almost instantly better.
Elisabeth Hasselbeck - from the View has written a cookbook...a gluten free survival guide. She discovered her intollerence to gluten when she was on the reality show Survivor.

Toxins in Our Food

If you have ever read labels at the super market before, you will know that there are lots of "things" added to our food that sounds an awful lot like chemistry then something edible. And guess what? You're right! There are chemicals, toxins and preservatives added to a lot of our food.

The biggest rule of thumb is, if you cannot pronounce it, don't eat it!

The reasons the FDA do not stop what is going on with our food supply is debatable. I have my own theories on this, but that isn't what this blog is about. I'm not here to discuss conspiracy theories, but to rather warn you that what you are eating could be killing you and your kids.

Items you should always avoid:
  • MSG or monosodium glutamate - this is added to foods such as Chinese food, soups, premade meals, etc.
  • Artificial sweeteners - These are very toxic to your body and your brain in particular. These include aspartame, saccharin, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, and neotame.
  • Any oils other then Olive Oil - soy oil is very harmful to the human body. Soy in general should not be consumed as it promotes the growth of cancer. If you see the word hydrogenated on the label do not buy it or consume it.
  •
  • High fructose corn syrup - this one is really tough to avoid, as it seems to be in almost everything. You can find apple sauce (for example) that has no additives, just apples and water, but you have to read labels carefully. You will want to pay close attention for this. They use this a lot of the time instead of sugar. Neither are good for you, but this is definitely worse.
  • Artificial colors and flavoring - if it is artificial, it isn't healthy. Plain and simple. Food coloring is being added to everything from gummy snacks, to salmon, to syrup. You need to be sure to avoid these toxic chemicals, especially with your kids. Red 40 is in nearly all the cereals, snacks and breakfast food companies make targeting kids. This is a very dangerous chemical that can cause hyperactivity, moodiness, and other problems, especially in young children.
The best way to avoid buying these items is to shop at stores like Trader Joe's, and other healthy, organic, grocery stores.

Another great way to avoid toxins and to feel overall more healthy would be to go gluten free.

The wheat we consume is not healthy. It is loaded with preservatives and chemicals, because natural wheat does not stay fresh for long at all. When I went gluten free a few months ago, I lost 6 lbs and fixed my curiously inflamed gallbladder in a matter of 1-2 weeks. My rapid weight loss felt wonderful, and my energy level finally returned to normal.

It is actually easier then you might think. There are tons of alternatives for wheat-free diets now. You can still eat pasta, bread and baked goods. You just have to start using alternative flours, like rice or corn.
